Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about automation, reliability, and continuous improvement. As a well-known Web3 company, all of our projects are Web3-related, and we are specifically looking for candidates who are currently working within the Web3 industry.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across multiple regions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.
• Lead infrastructure-as-code (IaC) initiatives using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high uptime and resilience.
• Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, including observability, logging, and incident response.
• Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization.
• Support multi-region deployments, particularly across Asia, ensuring low latency and compliance with regional requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong DevOps culture.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e. g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e. g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and system architecture.
• Experience working in distributed, remote teams across time zones.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting infrastructure in Asian markets or multi-region deployments.
• Familiarity with compliance and data residency requirements in Asia.
• Experience with serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and DevSecOps practices.
• Background in high-growth startups or scaling environments.
• Certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes, etc. ).
