We are looking for a TS Process Specialist to join our manufacturing site in Fertőd and play a key role in shaping and improving manufacturing technologies across our global production network.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving, standardizing, and continuously improving manufacturing process technologies across the region. As a global technology owner and network driver within Technical Services Processes, you will ensure that proven production technologies are standardized, scalable, robust, cost-competitive, and consistently implemented across divisions and Production Company Organizations (PCOs).

A key part of the role will be leading and developing the TSP Network, connecting experts across different production locations, sharing best practices, and driving the implementation of common solutions.

Your future team

You will join an international team of 8 professionals, working across different production locations and reporting directly to the Director, Global TS Processes.

As part of this globally connected team, you will collaborate with colleagues from different sites, functions, and cultures. Together, you will exchange expertise, develop common solutions, and drive the standardization and continuous improvement of manufacturing technologies across the network.

If you are passionate about manufacturing technology, process improvement, and making a measurable impact across an international organization, this could be the opportunity for you.

Your responsibilities:

  • Own and develop global standards for mass production technologies, including the technology roadmap within assigned technology domains.
  • Define, maintain, and improve:
    • Process technology standards
    • Reference designs and benchmarks
    • SOPs and implementation guidelines
  • Ensure technologies are industrialised, mature, and scalable across sites.
  • Facilitate structured collaboration across divisions, factories, and TS functions.
  • Ensure best-practice sharing primarily within the business area.
  • Translate bottom-up factory input into global improvements and standards.
  • Identify, prioritise, and drive technology-driven improvement initiatives.
  • Support global cost-out programs through process optimisation.
  • Act as a technical counterpart and trusted partner to PCOs and divisions on mass production technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with mass production process technologies.
  • Proven experience in standardisation, modularisation, and scalable solution design.
  • Experience working across multiple manufacturing sites is a strong advantage.
  • Lean skills (5S, SW, TPM, CI, PPS) and go to GEMBA mindset
  • Strong facilitator and communicator in cross-functional, global settings.
  • Ability to influence without formal line authority.
  • Structured, data-driven, and execution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic direction with operational detail.
  • Willingness to travel and engage closely with factory environments (approximately 20% - 30% travel, mainly to France and Denmark).
  • Fluency in English

What we offer:

At VELUX, we offer competitive compensation with annual salary reviews, a supportive team environment, and a culture built on trust and fairness.

In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • cafeteria
  • annual bonus
  • life and accident insurance
  • wide range of discounts at our patners (gyms, swimming pool, hotels, restaurants, cinema etc)
  • travel allowance
  • Christmas payment
