You will build a robust pipeline, close significant deals, and sell Veolia Mobile Water Services - from emergency response to multi-year contracts - across Industrial and Municipal sectors. Working in a highly stimulating international environment, you'll collaborate with diverse teams across Europe and beyond, with the autonomy to drive results in your region.

What You'll Do

• Drive Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by prospecting, developing, and closing opportunities across the Nordic region

• Build Relationships: Become the 'go-to' expert for mobile water solutions, establishing yourself as an industry leader

• Deliver Solutions: Understand complex customer needs and provide competitive, sustainable solutions for water treatment challenges

• Lead Innovation: Promote digital monitoring and cutting-edge Veolia technologies while staying ahead of market trends

• Collaborate Globally: Work with Project Managers, Account Managers, and technical centers of excellence to deliver world-class service

What You Bring

• Solid experience in solutions-based sales, specifically targeting municipal or industrial water customers.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or relevant business qualifications or time served

• Proven track record in complex technical sales and contract negotiation.

• A true "hunter" mindset with exceptional networking, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.

• Fluency in English and Nordic languages.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and bid preparation

• Solid understanding of water treatment technologies and engineering principles.

• Ability to travel up to 50% within the Nordic region; must hold a full driving license.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of building lasting partnerships while navigating complex customer organizations with executive presence and calm perseverance.
