Enrollment Speciliast

The Enrollment Specialist Intern will support payer enrollment activities for healthcare providers and clients. This role will work closely with the Enrollment and Client Success teams to assist with enrollment submissions, documentation review, status tracking, and client communication. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and submitting payer enrollment applications.
• Track enrollment requests and update internal systems and trackers.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up on pending enrollment requests with internal teams and payers.
• Maintain organized records of enrollment activities.
• Support client onboarding and implementation-related tasks.
• Provide status updates to team members and stakeholders as needed.
• Learn and follow payer enrollment processes and company procedures.
• Assist with reporting and administrative tasks related to enrollments.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
