This remote customer service position focuses on coordinating vehicle releases and pickups while delivering a professional and responsive customer experience.
You will communicate with body shops, vehicle owners, insurance companies, and transportation providers to keep vehicle files progressing efficiently.
The role combines high-volume phone communication, detailed documentation, and problem-solving in a fast-paced operational environment.
You will be responsible for gathering accurate information, securing required authorizations, and ensuring records remain current.
Strong organization and attention to detail are essential for meeting daily productivity and service expectations.
You’ll join a collaborative virtual team with regular meetings, performance feedback, and the tools needed to work effectively from home.

Accountabilities
- Contact body shops to confirm vehicle pickup information and obtain the appropriate vehicle release authorization.
- Communicate with vehicle owners to secure required releases, coordinate transportation, and facilitate three-way calls with repair shops or towing companies when necessary.
- Assist vehicle owners with the removal of personal belongings from vehicles when required.
- Use designated vehicle lookup tools to search VINs and obtain relevant vehicle information.
- Maintain accurate, detailed notes in internal systems regarding vehicle status, customer interactions, authorizations, and follow-up actions.
- Consistently meet daily performance targets, including making 100+ calls and processing 60+ live lots per day.
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings to maintain communication, collaboration, and alignment with team objectives.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent and professional service.
- Provide support to colleagues and assist with additional operational responsibilities as needed.
- Complete other duties assigned by management.
- At least 1 year of office support experience in a customer service role.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence handling frequent phone conversations and producing clear, concise messages.
- Typing speed of approximately 45 words per minute and familiarity with basic 10-key data entry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet daily productivity expectations.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with a professional virtual presence and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Availability to work occasional overtime when business needs require it.
- Bilingual communication skills are an advantage.
