Sr Client Success-1

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned client portfolio across the full clientlifecycle - from activation and adoption through renewal and expansion

• Lead SBR and executive-facing updates; alignVeradigmcapabilities to client business prioritiesand strategic goals

• Proactively manage client health; identify at-risk accounts, own recovery plans, and coordinatecross-functional response

• Drive cross-sell and upsell identification within the portfolio; document opportunities in Salesforceand collaborate with Sales to advance pipeline

• Manage the renewal cycle with forward-looking forecast visibility; execute retention strategiesthat protect and grow portfolio revenue

• Resolve escalated support, contractual, and financial issues on behalf of clients; serve as theprimary internal advocate for client needs

Compensation Range:
