The Manager, Talent Acquisition EMEA is responsible for leading and developing a geographically dispersed team of recruiters supporting hiring throughout the EMEA region.

This role plays a critical part in building a high-performing talent acquisition team through strong people leadership, coaching, process discipline, and data-driven decision-making. The Manager will partner closely with business leaders, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to drive recruiting performance, enhance recruiter capability, improve hiring outcomes, and deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers. This will be a player-coach role with the expectation that you will support strategic and/or critical hiring needs where appropriate.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative people leader with strong change management experience, a passion for developing recruiters, and the ability to use recruitment data and dashboards to identify opportunities, influence priorities, and continuously improve results.

People Leadership & Recruiter Capability Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters located across multiple EMEA countries.

  • Build recruiter capability through mentoring, structured development, calibration sessions, knowledge sharing, and ongoing coaching.

  • Establish clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to support individual growth and team success.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, high performance, and strong follow-through.

  • Support career development and succession readiness across the recruiting team.

  • Create connection and engagement across a geographically dispersed team.

Recruitment Performance & Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use recruiting data, metrics, and workforce insights to monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Translate recruitment data into clear actions that improve recruiter productivity, hiring quality, stakeholder experience, and process effectiveness.

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand trends, bottlenecks, and root causes impacting hiring outcomes.

  • Responsibility for consistent recruiting governance across region.

  • Drive accountability against agreed-upon hiring priorities, service expectations, and regional recruitment objectives.

  • Provide Talent Acquisition and business leaders with practical insights and recommendations informed by data.

Business Partnership & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to understand hiring needs and workforce priorities.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on recruiting priorities, hiring challenges, labor market dynamics, and talent availability across EMEA.

  • Partner with our TS&I and Enablement teams to identify where strategic sourcing and talent intelligence is needed.

  • Build strong relationships across countries, functions, and stakeholder groups to promote alignment and effective problem-solving.

  • Influence stakeholders through strong communication, business acumen, data-driven recommendations, and a collaborative approach.

  • Support priority, sensitive, or hard-to-fill hiring initiatives as needed while maintaining a leadership focus on team performance and capability.

Change Management & Team Enablement

  • Lead the team through evolving business priorities, process changes, and new ways of working with clarity and consistency.

  • Communicate change in a practical and transparent way that helps recruiters understand expectations and adopt new practices.

  • Identify risks, adoption barriers, and capability gaps, then create action plans to address them.

  • Model resilience, sound judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset during periods of change.

  • Drive responsible adoption of AI and recruiting technologies by building recruiter capability, reinforcing governance and embedding tools into workflows to improve productivity, insights and candidate experience.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience leading and developing recruiting teams in a complex, matrixed, and geographically dispersed environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to coach recruiters, improve capability, and raise the overall performance of a team.

  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build trust, set expectations, provide feedback, and foster accountability.

  • Experience using recruiting data, dashboards, and performance insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.

  • Strong change management experience, including helping teams adopt new processes, expectations, and ways of working.

  • Track record of improving recruiting processes and implementing scalable best practices.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to align recruiting priorities with organizational goals.

  • Experience supporting recruitment across multiple countries and cultures within EMEA preferred.
