Group Brand & Innovation Intern
Verisure is seeking a curious, creative and insight-driven Group Brand & Innovation Intern to join our growing Group Marketing - Brand & Innovation team.
Within Group Marketing, the Brand & Innovation function supports the development of Verisure’s brand, marketing and innovation agenda across markets. The team works on strategic projects that combine customer insight, creative thinking, visual execution and emerging technologies to strengthen the brand and help bring new ideas to life.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a broad range of brand, marketing, innovationand strategic initiatives.You will support research, concept development, visual design, presentations, digital asset management and the exploration of AI and emerging tools, working with international stakeholders across Brand, Marketing, Innovation, Strategy and Product.

Role Overview
The intern will support the Group Brand Team across brand, marketing, innovation, and strategic projects, combining analytical and creative thinking with hands-on execution.
The role is designed for someone who is curious, versatile, and comfortable moving between different types of challenges: from conducting research and developing strategic recommendations to supporting innovation initiatives, creating compelling visual materials, and exploring new technologies and AI tools.
Working closely with stakeholders across Strategy, Innovation, Marketing, Product, and Brand, the intern will help turn insights, ideas, and emerging opportunities into clear concepts, initiatives, and market-ready outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Brand, Marketing & Strategic Projects
Support Brand and Marketing projects, contributing to research, analysis, ideation, and the development of recommendations and concepts.
Conduct market scans, competitive analysis, and trend research to identify insights, opportunities, and best practices.
Support the development of brand initiatives, marketing concepts, presentations, and other strategic materials.
Contribute to cross-functional projects across Brand, Marketing, Innovation, Strategy, and Product.
Creative & Visual Design
Create and adapt visual materials and brand assets for marketing, innovation, presentations, internal communications, and other brand initiatives.
Develop graphics, layouts, presentations, concepts, and other visual content using Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
Translate ideas, insights, and complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling outputs.
Designer community interviews for brand evolution
Innovation, AI & Emerging Technologies
Support innovation initiatives from a brand, marketing, product, and go-to-market perspective.
Explore new ideas, trends, technologies, and customer experiences and assess their potential relevance for the business.
Experiment with AI and emerging creative tools for design, content creation, research, and marketing use cases.
Support pilots and the development of new concepts from initial research and ideation through to testing and implementation.
Digital Assets & Cross-functional Support
Provide support in organising and maintaining visual and audiovisual content within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

Skills & Qualifications
Required
Currently pursuing a Master's degree, preferably in a field related to Design, Product, Innovation, Marketing or a related discipline.
Strong interest in Brand, Marketing, Design, Innovation, and emerging technologies.
Strong visual and design sensibility, with good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
Fluency in English and Spanish
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and presentation creation
Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Ability to understand the big picture while executing hands-on work
Preferred
Experience studying or working in an international environment
Interest or experience in:
Photography, with willingness to assist in capturing additional visual content when needed
Market research or data analysis
Innovation methodologies (design thinking, human-centered design)
UX/UI or digital product environments
AI tools or emerging technologies
