As our first frontend engineering hire, you'll join as a founding engineer, working directly with the CEO and CTO to build and shape the core product from day one. You'll take ownership of translating our complex AI workflows into intuitive, elegant, and high-performance user interfaces that financial teams can trust and adopt.
Responsibilities:
- Build and own mission-critical frontend features from scratch.
- Translate complex Figma designs into beautiful, responsive, and scalable UIs.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and AI engineering teams to shape user experiences.
- Drive frontend architecture decisions and help set engineering standards.
- Iterate rapidly based on customer feedback from top fintech partners.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience building modern, production-grade frontend applications.
- Deep expertise with React (or similar frameworks), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong design sensibility and experience working closely with Figma.
- Ability to own projects end-to-end in a fast-moving, startup environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement to build from zero as a core founding team member.
