We are looking for a highly talented and motivated Office Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
As our Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role not only in keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently, but inspiring morale and team building. We are scaling aggressively and our Office Coordinators are a strong foundation to making sure our organization stays inclusive, safe and fun!
This role is part-time and onsite in our LA office - no opportunity for remote or hybrid.
What You'll Do
- Work cross functionally with Workplace, Sales, and IT teams to ensure the office is running smoothly.
- Drive internal and external meetings - coordination, scheduling, organizing and event planning.
- Be an ambassador for all visitors.
- Understand prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Assist Workplace team with supply ordering & restocking office supplies and snacks as needed.
- Ad Hoc requests that support the sales teams.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Unparalleled work ethic: a willingness to go above and beyond is key.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Project Management: you are organized, take ownership, plan & execute with a follow through before a deadline.
- Experience in office administration, office support, events, and/or workplace operations is encouraged, but not required.

Pay Disclosure
At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting base pay may be above or below this range. Base pay is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
