Concreet omvat jouw project als Freelance Recruiter:
  • Het sourcen via verschillende searchtools (VDAB, Linkedin, Jobsites,…)
  • Het screenen van kandidaten (cv-screening, telefonische screening, …)
  • Zorgen voor een kwalitatieve candidate experience doorheen het proces
  • Administratieve ondersteuning, zoals o.a. opvolgen van kandidaten, rapportages, voorstellingen, …
  • Ondersteunen van Employer Branding
  • Nauw samenwerken met het HR-team en hiring managers
