VERSANT is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Coordinator, Brand Marketing, Sports to support the planning, development, and execution of multi-platform marketing campaigns across its sports portfolio.

The role will play an important part in day-to-day campaign development, cross-functional coordination, project management, and partnership support. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The position will primarily support USA Sports, including properties such as WNBA, NASCAR, Premier League, Bundesliga, and LOVB, and/or the Golf Channel portfolio, including Golf Channel, GolfNow, GolfPass, and key golf partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing campaigns for assigned sports properties.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign planning across internal teams, platforms, agency partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Help ensure brand consistency across linear, streaming, digital, social, and affiliate marketing deliverables.
  • Track campaign deliverables, project timelines, asset requests, and cross-functional workflows to ensure work is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Develop marketing materials, communications, presentations, agendas, status updates, and campaign recaps.
  • Assist in gathering campaign insights, performance data, and post-campaign learnings.
  • Support relationships with key league, partner, and stakeholder groups across the assigned portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Content Distribution teams to ensure marketing materials support affiliate and partner campaigns.
  • Coordinate cross-promotional opportunities across sports and entertainment properties.
  • Organize and maintain marketing budgets, vendor invoices, campaign documentation, and trackers.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for agency partners and vendors on assigned campaigns.
  • Support promotional activations, events, and broader brand marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Provide general support to senior team members on strategic planning, presentations, and department-wide priorities.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Knowledge of sports and/or entertainment marketing.
  • Ability to craft high level presentations that will drive larger marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media marketing platforms.
  • Basic understanding of media planning and campaign execution.
  • Experience with supporting sales, affiliate, or client-facing teams is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the USA Sports office in Stamford, CT a minimum of three days per week
