About the job

The Product Owner will be responsible for owning and driving the entire end-to-end delivery of products and product initiatives, from initial discovery and planning through development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement. The role focuses on translating business and user needs into clear product requirements, managing priorities, timelines, dependencies, and risks, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own the end-to-end discovery, planning, development, and delivery of new product initiatives from ideation to launch.
• Define and own product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and feature requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements, translating them into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Define acceptance criteria and work closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure features meet the intended requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, QA, and leadership to translate business needs into product solutions.
• Drive agile product development and delivery practices including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, stakeholder demos, and release planning.
• Drive delivery timelines, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment to ensure products and features are delivered on time and according to agreed requirements.
• Monitor delivery progress, proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers, and take appropriate action to ensure successful delivery.
• Validate ideas through user research, competitor analysis, and experimentation.
• Champion the voice of the user, ensuring customer-centric thinking in every product decision.
• Measure and communicate product success using clear KPIs and feedback loops.
• Coordinate product releases and launches, ensuring readiness across all relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Help build and refine internal product management processes, tools, and best practices.
• Take ownership of delivery outcomes, including scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate closely with the manager and team members, actively participating in product planning, development, delivery, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirement and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Ownership, Project Management, or Service Delivery within a digital/technology environment.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end product/project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in requirements gathering, backlog management, and prioritization.
• Strong experience managing timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Experience working with Engineering, QA, UI/UX, and business teams.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Certifications & Preferred Qualifications

• Product Owner / Scrum certification
• Experience in digital platforms, web applications, CMS, or Martech projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects or cross-functional teams.
• Experience in client-facing or stakeholder management environments.
• PMP, PSM, CSPO, or equivalent certification would be an advantage.
