Logistics Coordinator

Direct responsibilities

• Reports the status of order fulfillment within the assigned area
• Handles administrative warehouse tasks to ensure customer requirements are met

Job responsibilities

• Processing and closing orders in the system
• Arranging transportation, maintaining records, and communicating with carriers
• Notifying customers when goods have been packed and requesting a delivery/unloading time slot
• Communicating with external companies and the Chamber of Commerce regarding the preparation of customs documents (ATR, EUR.1, EX1, COO, COC, etc.), including submitting supporting documents and supplier invoices
• Obtaining and managing freight rates
• Arranging return transportation, address changes, and shipment redirection
• Handling rate requests and XPO-related activities
• Communicating with other departments when processing customer requirements
• Reporting the status of order fulfillment
• Communicating with internal customers and transportation companies to define delivery/unloading time windows
• Addressing process anomalies with the aim of improving processes and the use of the warehouse management system
• Communicating with external partners regarding transportation arrangements, customs clearance, and the preparation of required documentation
• Participating in annual inventory counts

Requirements:

• Knowledge of international export regulations and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
• Good command of the English language
• Flexibility and ability to work effectively in a team

The anticipated salary range for this role Slovakia is between 13 585€ to 16 981€ gross per and reflects the range applicable in that jurisdiction. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits.
