MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and develop the customer portfolio within the assigned geographical area.
- Analyse customers’ technical requirements and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with the Technical Department.
- Support the preparation of technical and commercial quotations.
- Manage commercial negotiations through to order confirmation.
- Monitor market developments, industry trends and competitors.
- Participate in relevant trade fairs and industry events when required.
- Maintain close collaboration with internal teams to ensure the effective development of commercial opportunities.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- At least 5-6 years of commercial experience within the heat-exchanger, HVAC or industrial refrigeration sector.
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
- Excellent command of a third language.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented approach and ability to manage customers independently.
- Motivation to progressively build and develop a geographical sales area.
