POSITION SUMMARY
This role will primarily be tasked to integrate the core functions of the team currently on the areas of CRM, pipeline analytics, service operations analytics, supply chain analytics and incentive program and other future support functions for the business. These programs are meant to facilitate and optimize the sales process, maximizing efficiency in the organization. Likewise, the role will be working on and integrating a large set of data and acting as the overall analytics manager to empower key leaders in the organization.
Operationally, this role will be involved with the day-to-day requirements of the team including its resource planning and effectively acting as contingency for each of the managers. The role will interface with key leaders across the organization including the Sales Excellence program, Global Team, and other functions, providing additional support to the business as it embarks on an ambitious growth plan.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team coherence including process management, resource planning, and capacity build-up identifying synergies, eliminating silos, and driving a unified operating rhythm
- Target setting, measurement, and reporting
- Program management (design, communication, administration, and enhancements)
- Comprehensive business analytics and KPI reporting, bridging sales and operations performance, driving action planning and data-driven decision making
- Drive the integration of AI tools and automation into sales operations workflows, identifying opportunities to enhance analytics, streamline processes, and improve decision-making through intelligent solutions aligned with the organization's digital transformation objectives
- Architect and operationalize the team's functional model across three layers: Business Partnership & Advisory, Analytics & Intelligence, and Platforms/Data & Enablement - ensuring clear accountability and seamless collaboration across layers.
- Lead, coach, and develop the other managers within the team across CRM, sales analytics, supply chain planning, and incentive programs, driving performance management, talent development, and succession planning
- Serve as the operational backstop for each functional manager, maintaining sufficient depth of knowledge across all pillars to step in during transitions, absences, or peak demand periods
- Other functions related to sales operations and support
QUALIFICATIONS
- 15+ years relevant work experience involving:
- Working closely across all levels of the organization, functions, and countries
- Managing teams with broad set of responsibilities
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and deliverables within expected timelines and accuracy, and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Designing and implementing sales and operations processes, tools, and applications
- Continuous improvement initiatives

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s Degree on Business, Management, or related fields. MBA or advanced degree on related fields would be an advantage.
