We have a Quotes Profitability & Systems Analyst role opened in Cluj-Napoca, Romania!
The Quotes Profitability & Systems Analyst will support the Quotes Profitability Manager in driving key Sales Operations initiatives across EMEA, focusing on pricing, profitability analysis, and system/process optimisation.
This role blends analytical, operational, and technical responsibilities, requiring the ability to work across data, systems, and stakeholders to support effective decision-making and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support EMEA discounting and approval processes, including validation and KPI reporting
- Provide profitability analysis and simulations to support leadership decision-making
- Deliver insights on quote profitability across regions, business lines, and segments
- Maintain and update quotes with accurate cost data
Support Sales Operations initiatives and transformation projects
Key Systems & Technical Requirements (Essential)
- Experience with system onboarding and integration initiatives, collaborating across multiple tools and platforms
- Solid understanding of system integration lifecycles (SIT, UAT) and how phases are interconnected
- Ability to define and document end-to-end processes, governance rules, and backend data flows
- Ability to translate business requirements into system workflows and ensure alignment across systems
Systems & Process Responsibilities
- Participate in system implementation activities, including SIT and UAT testing phases
- Define and document processes and governance frameworks
- Identify and implement process improvements across tools and workflows
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Sales Operations
- Financial or pricing analysis
- Or similar analytical roles
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of sales processes and CRM systems
- Experience working in an international/matrix environment
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, or BI tools
- Knowledge of Power BI or Visio is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative mindset
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate and improve systems and processes
