Creative Producer - Vertoz

What we want: We are seeking a dedicated on-site resource to manage PR and content initiatives for XLRI Jamshedpur. The role involves close coordination with XLRI faculty, students, and marketing teams, along with Vertoz’s Brand Solutions and Execution teams, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality content delivery. • Minimum 5 years of work experience in content/digital marketing
• Post Graduates will be preferred
• Hands on communication and content curation for a college/university
• Regular co-ordination with Brand Solutions and execution team of Vertoz with XLRI Professors and marketing manager
• Curating content as per the strategies adopted by Brand solutions team from the respective team at XLRI
• Monitoring social media and other content going out for XLRI by Vertoz and regular co-ordination of the same.
• Proactively taking pointers from the faculty/students and other concerned departments for regular PR initiatives to be executed.
• Monitoring quality checks of video or creative curation done by video team at XLRI.
• Co-ordination with ADOPS/execution team and publishers for usual content syndication like podcasts, video interviews and other key formats
• Proactively reaches out to universities/colleges based in Jamshedpur/Ranchi for digital marketing services, PR, influencers etc.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, PR, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Public Relations, Content Management, or Social Media Handling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for faculty and team coordination.
• Hands-on experience in content curation, social media monitoring, and campaign execution.
• Ability to proactively gather insights and drive PR initiatives independently.
• Familiarity with video/creative quality checks and brand guideline adherence.
• Willingness to be based full-time at XLRI Jamshedpur campus.
