Project Coordinator- Vertoz

What we want: We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support senior management and coordinate day-to-day projects and activities. • Coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Follow up with internal teams and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
• Prepare presentations, reports, trackers, and meeting notes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track action items and provide regular updates to management.
• Support senior management with day-to-day business activities.
• Maintain project and business documentation.
• Handle confidential information professionally.

Requirements

• BBA and/or MBA is mandatory.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a software/technology company is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience supporting senior management/CXO-level executives.
• Experience in a software, SaaS, IT, or technology company.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
