Who You Are
We’re looking for a curious, solutions-oriented engineer with 5+ years of experience in AdTech or martech, ideally supporting mobile or cross-platform programmatic products. You thrive at the intersection of technical problem-solving and strategic communication, and you enjoy digging into data to uncover insights. You’re just as comfortable speaking to CTOs as you are simplifying technical concepts for client stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Lead onboarding and integration of Verve’s advertising technology with publisher and advertiser platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to architect scalable solutions for clients.
- Proactively identify performance opportunities through data analysis and client engagement.
- Drive internal documentation and process improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency.
- Own technical relationship post-sale and support ongoing partner success.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Manager, or Software Engineering role.
- Strong experience with programmatic ad tech, mobile SDKs, or SSPs/DSPs.
- Advanced SQL and data analysis skills; experience with Python a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern data tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage multiple partner integrations and competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary Range
$130—$150 USD
