About the role
We’re hiring a Founding BDR to help build sales pipeline, working in person in San Francisco and reporting directly to the founder.
Your challenge is to connect with as many relevant prospects as possible, understand the problems they face in their day-to-day work, and show how the Vesence platform can help. You’ll combine high-volume outreach with genuine curiosity, turning conversations into qualified opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Run personalized outreach through email, phone and LinkedIn.
- Qualify opportunities and arrange meetings with the founder.
- Maintain clear CRM records and follow up consistently.
- Test messaging and share prospect feedback with the team.
- Learn to connect Vesence’s capabilities to concrete workflows: reviewing a contract, checking a financial model or preparing a client presentation.
What we’re looking for
- Hunger and dedication to win.
- Ability to work in person in San Francisco.
- Clear writing, thoughtful research, and confidence on the phone.
- Experience as an outbound SDR or BDR in B2B software is a plus.
- Curiosity about how professional firms evaluate AI: what makes a demonstration compelling, what creates trust, and what prevents adoption.

Compensation:
- Base salary: $80,000
- Target variable: $40,000
- On-target earnings: $120,000
- Equity grant with meaningful ownership
Founder conversation 30 minutes: We'll discuss your outbound experience, how you learn a market, and what excites you about Vesence.
Outbound exercise 30 minutes: Walk us through how you would research and contact potential customers.
Paid work trial one day: Work on a real GTM problem with the team and see if we're a mutual fit.
