Your responsibilities - where you make an impact!
- Responsibility for quality management at the plant, including KPI monitoring and escalation management
- Analysis and resolution of quality issues using RCA, CAPA, and 8D methods
- Ensuring and implementing processes, audits, and customer requirements (e.g., PPAP)
- Collaboration with suppliers and support in handling deviations and improvement measures
- Participation in projects (e.g., industrialization) and training production teams on quality topics

Your profile - what you bring!
- Technical education with experience in quality management and SAP knowledge
- Experience with rotating machinery (e.g., generators or motors)
- Very good English and Germans kills
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Structured, proactive, and customer-oriented working style with intercultural competence
