• Monitor implementation and compliance with company Quality Management Systems.

Conduct internal process inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.
Assist in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
Prepare, review, and control quality documents, procedures, work instructions, and records.
Manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA).
Participate in root cause analysis investigations and follow-up activities.
Ensure proper document control and revision management.
Support tender submissions by preparing quality-related documentation.
Monitor supplier and subcontractor quality compliance.
Compile quality reports, audit reports, and management review inputs.
Assist with risk assessments, HIRA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate training awareness related to quality procedures and compliance.
Ensure customer complaints and quality findings are investigated and resolved effectively.
Support operational departments in achieving quality objectives and KPIs.

Minimum Requirements

National Diploma or Degree in: Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Analytical Chemistry, Occupational Health & Safety, Or related qualification
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or SHEQ environment.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements is essential.

• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 will be advantageous.
