Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Facility Management Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance of facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment. The role involves managing maintenance activities, service providers, budgets, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage and oversee all facility operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping, and support services.
Plan, supervise, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, etc.).
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
Manage service providers and contractors, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance KPIs.
Develop and implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules to maximize asset reliability and operational efficiency.
Monitor facility budgets, control operational costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Initiate and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) for facility-related requirements.
Conduct facility inspections, evaluate maintenance requirements, and prepare cost estimates and quotations.
Monitor spare parts inventory, warehouse stock levels, and consumables to ensure business continuity.
Analyze facility performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Lead sustainability initiatives focused on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and environmental performance.
Prepare monthly reports covering maintenance activities, facility performance, costs, vendor performance, and operational KPIs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and timely resolution of operational issues and service requests.
Respond to emergencies and manage facility-related incidents in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, or Building Operations.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance planning, and facility operations.
Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service agreements.
Strong budgeting, procurement, and cost-control skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems.
