Senior Partner Success Manager

As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you’ll be the face and voice of Via for our partners both internally and externally. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will serve as our partners’ trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational, go-to-market, and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you will be an internal advocate for partners with Via by championing for new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each partner’s service size and scope. 

This is a remote-first role supporting Via’s Central US market. We’re open to candidates based in a wide range of locations across the country, including Chicago and cities across Texas, Michigan, Ohio, Colorado and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Own the success of transportation services across your partner portfolio, serving as a primary point of contact for partner leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth across your portfolio by securing renewals, expanding existing contracts, and landing upsells through negotiations with senior stakeholders to grow the business year over year.
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, translating their needs into concrete service improvements and using Via’s full platform to help them build better, more effective transportation services.
• Analyze service performance data on a daily, weekly, and long-term basis, turning complex datasets into clear strategic decisions that improve quality, efficiency, and growth.
• Advocate internally for your partners, working cross-functionally to champion new products and capabilities that expand the size and scope of their services.

Who You Are

• You have 6+ years of relevant work experience, including experience working directly with clients.
• You’re a natural relationship builder who stays calm and collected when facing a crisis or criticism, and celebrates your partners’ successes with them.
• You’re quantitatively inclined and data savvy. You may not be a Tableau expert, but you enjoy drawing quick, insightful conclusions from complex datasets, asking critical questions, and turning raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations.
• You’re a reliable, motivated self-starter with a strong growth mindset.
• You enjoy fast-paced environments, aren’t deterred by setbacks or pivots, and thrive in roles that require a high degree of responsibility.
• You’re an excellent team player and a meaningful individual contributor. You enjoy mentoring others, see success as a team effort, and like working with people across the organization.
• You’re comfortable with frequent travel and excited to connect with partners face-to-face.

What We Offer:

• Base salary range: $145,000-$165,000, determined by experience, knowledge, and skills. Total compensation also includes variable pay and equity.
