Descripción del puesto

Administrar, monitorear y optimizar la infraestructura tecnológica del ambiente de Certificación de la organización, asegurando la disponibilidad, seguridad y rendimiento de los sistemas y servicios. Será responsable de la operación de plataformas de monitoreo, análisis de datos y servidores, así como de la resolución de incidentes de infraestructura.

Requisitos

Habilidades y conocimientos técnicos necesarios.

· Experiencia en administración de Zabbix y Grafana.

· Experiencia en Elastic Stack (mínimo configuración y consultas básicas en Elasticsearch/Kibana).

· Conocimiento sólido de protocolos TCP/IP y fundamentos de redes.

· Experiencia en administración de IIS (creación de sitios, configuración SSL, bindings, troubleshooting).

· Experiencia en administración de servidores Windows y/o Linux.

· Habilidad para análisis de logs y resolución de problemas de infraestructura.

Competencias

· Orientación a resultados y atención al detalle.

· Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.

· Comunicación efectiva con equipos técnicos y no técnicos.

· Trabajo en equipo y proactividad.

Deseable

  • Certificaciones en monitoreo, redes o administración de sistemas.
  • Experiencia en automatización de tareas con scripts (Bash, PowerShell, Python, Ansible).
  • Conocimiento en virtualización.
  • Experiencia en entornos de alta disponibilidad.
  • Conocimiento en contenedores.
