CV Marketing Manager 는 CV 포트폴리오의 전략적인 라이프사이클 관리와 중장기 사업 계획 수립을 통해 매출 및 수익 잠재력을 극대화하는 역할을 담당합니다. 시장 및 비즈니스 환경에 대한 깊이 있는 이해를 바탕으로 포트폴리오 전략을 수립·실행하며, 담당 제품의 성과와 지속적인 성장을 이끌어갑니다. CV Marketing Team을 리드하며, Head of Marketing - Korea에 보고합니다.

This position is responsible for maximizing the sales and profit potential of the CV portfolio through strategic product lifecycle management, long-term business planning, and effective leadership. This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing - Korea. This position has direct reports who are responsible for assigned product management.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Marketing Planning & Strategies Development

• Lead development of Viatris marketing plans & strategic objectives.

• Guide identification lifecycle opportunities including new indications, formulations, customer segments, pricing.

• Guide the analysis of market/competitor dynamics for identification of issues.

• Manage & lead brand marketing plan development and evaluation & review of brand plans developed also required.

• Lead new product launch plan.

Implementation of Strategies & Tactical Guidance

• Ensure effective implementation of respective brand strategies outlined in the operating plan.

• Manage & re-distribute resources, modify &/or implement strategies to address any shortfalls / deviations that occur in financial goals.

• Manage and support with development of accurate sales forecasts.

• Manage product / therapeutic area / budgets as agreed within the marketing plan & modifications agreed throughout the year.

• Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with internal/external codes of practice & approval procedures.

• Review & approve promotional materials, programs and initiatives within agreed financial authority.

• Enhance marketing effectiveness across marketing division.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

• Develop goals / objectives & effectively manage the performance of assigned marketing personnel through coaching, counseling, training, role development & personal direction.

• Enhance and follow-up marketing career development plan.

• Support recruitment, development, and retaining of talent across the marketing organization.

Interaction with Customer & Cross Functional TeamWorking

• Ensure adequate brand advocacy through effective interaction.

• Ensure the working relationship between relevant functions / personnel is being effectively managed by the team to maximize the effective implementation of brand & portfolio strategy.

• Support & provide input into companywide initiatives and actively participate in the activities / initiatives.
