Key responsibilities for this role include:

· Operate manufacturing lines in efficient manner in accordance with the relevant SOP’s to ensure required output targets are achieve

· Ensure that the manufacturing equipment and area is cleaned to GMP standards prior to use

· Responsible for the preparatory set up machines and equipment, and product in process testing, and for product condition during processing.

· Complete the Batch Manufacturing Record and the reconciliations of the BMR according to relevant S.O.P.`s.

· Report directly to Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager, if any problems or damage occurs.

· Responsible for a high standard of GMP and good housekeeping, and for inspection of batches that do not meet the quality standards.

· Responsible for the handling and storage of Controlled Drugs in accordance with relevant procedures, ensuring product security.

· Adhere to all company and legislative health, safety and environmental requirements, and perform any other duties as assigned by Manufacturing Supervisor / Manager.

· User of Manufacturing support software packages e.g. MES, SAP, Trackwise, Documentum etc.

· Constantly look to improve the process and to learn new skills

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

· Leaving Certificate or equivalent

· Candidates are required to be able to work different shift patterns plus overtime when required. (4 Cycle, 24-7 shift pattern)

· Candidates are required to have a good understanding of the

requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices. (Ideally candidates have experience of working in a GMP environment).

· Demonstrated strong team-working skills

· Continuous improvement mindset.

· Willing to learn and to continue learning.

· Positive, can-do attitude

· Excellent time keeping skills
