About the Role
You'll join Vibe's Talent Acquisition team inside the People org, initially reporting directly to Nicholas Wagner, Chief People Officer. The team owns hiring across Vibe as it pushes toward its 2030 growth targets, and this role is being created to give that effort an extra dedicated pair of hands in Paris. You'll get real ownership from day one: full-cycle recruiting on technical roles, direct partnership with hiring managers, and a seat at the table as the team builds. If you want to grow into a senior technical recruiter inside a team that still feels small enough for your work to be visible, this is a good place to do it.
What You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, from intake to offer.
Build sourcing pipelines for specialized technical profiles, including Data and ML roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements before opening a search.
Run structured candidate conversations that give hiring managers real signal.
Keep candidates informed and engaged at every stage of the process.
Track pipeline health and flag bottlenecks before they slow a search down.
Represent Vibe's culture and mission to candidates considering multiple offers.
What You Need
You've run full-cycle technical recruiting in a fast-growing company.
You've built candidate pipelines for specialized or hard-to-fill technical roles.
You've managed a hiring process end to end, from outreach through offer.
You communicate clearly with both candidates and engineering hiring managers.
Nice to Haves
Experience recruiting in the streaming TV advertising or connected TV (CTV) space.
A network within the Paris or broader European tech ecosystem.
Proven experience on Ashby ATS.

For candidates in France, the base pay range for this role is €45k-€65k, plus variable. We will support relocation to Paris for great candidates.

Engineering partner interview - 30 min. A live role intake with one of our engineering leaders.
Calibration interview - A senior leader joins to ensure we're holding a consistent, high bar.
Offer - Fast. We don't let good decisions sit.
