Deine Aufgaben

  • Praktische Entwicklung: Sie entwerfen und implementieren eigenverantwortlich anspruchsvolle Softwarekomponenten für unsere Embedded-Systeme und führen Softwareprojekte von Anfang bis Ende durch.
  • Qualitätssicherung und Code-Reviews: Sie verantworten die technische Abnahme von Drittsoftware, führen systematisch Code-Reviews durch und managen Pull Requests, um unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards zu gewährleisten.
  • Koordination und Management: Darüber hinaus koordinieren Sie komplexe Softwareprojekte mit externen Entwicklungspartnern und begleiten diese von der Konzeption bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Architektur und Standards: Sie entwickeln, pflegen und setzen technische Richtlinien, Softwarebibliotheken und Frameworks durch. Zudem treiben Sie die Implementierung moderner Methodologien wie Test-Driven Development (TDD) voran.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Sie verfügen über einen Ingenieurabschluss (Bachelor, Master oder gleichwertig) in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Systemtechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Erfahrung: Sie bringen mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung in der Embedded-Firmware-Entwicklung (Embedded C/C++) mit.
  • Tool-Kenntnisse: Sie sind erfahren im Umgang mit modernen Entwicklungstools wie Jira und Azure DevOps und zeigen eine starke Bereitschaft, neue Technologien zu erlernen und sich anzupassen.
  • Sprachen: Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch fließend und sicher in Wort und Schrift, was Ihnen ermöglicht, effektiv in einem internationalen Umfeld zu agieren.
  • Arbeitsweise: Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an neuen Technologien, denken über den Tellerrand hinaus und sind motiviert, innovative Lösungen im Bereich der Firmware-Entwicklung umzusetzen.
