Viega is a family-owned German manufacturer of installation technology headquartered in Attendorn, producing press fitting and piping systems, pre-wall and drainage technology and related products for drinking water, heating, gas and fire protection installations in buildings. Founded in 1899, the group opened its first branch plant in Lennestadt-Elspe in 1963 and its first foreign subsidiary in Paris in 1982, and it now operates across Europe, North America and Australia, including McPherson in Kansas. It hires sales representatives, data centre business developers, process engineers, lab technicians, customer service staff and mechanics for a new plant in Kirkel.
