Software Developer Golang (*gn)

Your mission

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) team provides the central authentication and authorization platform for all VIER products.The team is also responsible for integrating our customers' identity providers, enabling Single Sign-On (SSO) for their employees and ensuring secure, seamless access across the VIER product portfolio.

• You design, develop and maintain Go services around Keycloak and SpiceDB for authentication, authorization, and user management. These services are running in a Kubernetes environment.
• You implement RESTful APIs and middleware for Keycloak and service communication.
• You collaborate with developers on IAM integration with front-end and back-end systems.
• You are responsible for the security and robustness of one of our core services.
• You ensure a high level of security for our systems through regular patches, updates, and secure configurations.
• You implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• You monitor system performance and security with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.

Your skills

• You have solid experience with Golang and have developed, deployed, and maintained Go services for production environments.
• You are comfortable using AI-powered development and testing tools to improve productivity and software quality.
• You are confident working with CI/CD pipelines and technologies such as Kubernetes and GitLab.
• You have hands-on experience with DevOps tools, practices, and automation.
• You document your code, technical processes, and workflows clearly and consistently.
• You enjoy working in Scrum teams and thrive in an agile environment.
• You have C1-level English skills, enabling you to communicate confidently in an international team.
