Multilingual Customer Service Consultant (Estonian, Russian & Nordic Language)

Viking Assistance is a leading provider of roadside assistance services in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. We also support drivers across Europe through our international partner network. We ensure efficient, safe, and reliable support for vehicles and passengers, no matter where a breakdown occurs.

As part of our growth, we are strengthening our support for the Baltic region, starting with Estonia. We are looking for customer service professionals who are fluent in Estonian, Russian and English, as well as at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and/or Danish). Due to the needs of our customers in the Baltic region, Russian language skills are required for this role. All languages will be used in daily communication with customers, partners and colleagues. Work location will be at one of our offices in Spain: in either Torrevieja or Fuengirola.

About the job

As a customer service consultant, you will work as part of an international team supporting operations across multiple locations. Your main task is to answer incoming calls from our customers who need roadside assistance. Customers may be in stressful situations, and our job is to help and support them when it matters most. You will often be the first person a customer talks to when something has happened on the road, making your role essential in ensuring they receive the help they need.

We are looking for service-minded individuals who work well independently and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You are comfortable supporting customers in stressful situations and remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when things don't go as planned.

As part of an international team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across locations and support each other when needed. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are confident using multiple systems simultaneously to handle customer cases efficiently.

This role requires frequent communication in several languages, so you should be comfortable switching between languages throughout your workday and adapting your communication style to different customers and situations.

You will also support our partners in the insurance and automotive industries with questions related to roadside assistance. Full training will be provided.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in customer service and communication

• Good IT skills and be comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously

• Fluent Estonian, both written and spoken

• Fluent Russian, both written and spoken

• Proficiency in  one of the Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or Finnish),  written and spoken

• Proficiency in English, written and spoken

• A clean criminal record is a prerequisite
