About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade applications and automation platforms for IT Infrastructure and Security teams. The ideal candidate will have strong backend and frontend development expertise, experience building scalable distributed services, and hands-on knowledge of CI/CD and GitOps practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain production-grade full-stack applications and automation platforms for IT infrastructure and security operations.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Go, including frameworks and libraries such as Gin and GORM.
- Develop asynchronous processing and messaging workflows using RabbitMQ and implement caching and data-handling solutions using Redis.
- Design and develop modern, responsive frontend applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Angular 17 or later.
- Implement reactive application workflows using RxJS and integrate code-editing capabilities using Monaco Editor.
- Integrate frontend components with backend services through REST APIs and ensure reliable data exchange.
- Design, maintain, and optimise GitLab CI/CD pipelines to automate building, testing, and deployment.
- Implement GitOps-based deployment workflows using Flux CD and Kustomize.
- Develop reusable software components, automation workflows, and platform integrations that improve operational efficiency.
- Apply software engineering best practices for code quality, modular architecture, testing, security, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and deployment issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective measures.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, and other engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 5 - 10 years of experience in full-stack software development, application engineering, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in backend development using Python and/or Go.
- Experience with Gin and GORM for Go-based backend services.
- Good understanding of API development, RESTful services, distributed systems, and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ and Redis.
- Strong frontend development skills using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Angular 17+.
- Experience with RxJS and reactive programming concepts.
- Familiarity with Monaco Editor integration and custom editor-based application interfaces.
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with GitOps practices and tools such as Flux CD and Kustomize.
- Understanding of automated testing, debugging, code reviews, version control, and software development best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop secure, scalable, and maintainable applications.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across infrastructure, security, and engineering teams.
