As an Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for potential VIKTOR customers. Your role is to identify the right people, make specific and relevant contact, and determine whether there is a problem worth solving together. It is our goal to guide you towards an AE role within 1 to 1.5 years.

Key responsibilities
Prospect and identify potential customers via outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
Research target accounts within key industries (civil engineering, energy, construction, etc.)
Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right AE
Book discovery calls and product demos for the sales team
Craft personalized, compelling outreach sequences
Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and messaging
Hit and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated
Requirements
1+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound role (or strong motivation to break into tech sales)
Curiosity and genuine interest in technology and/or engineering
Resilience, drive, and a growth mindset, wanting to grow into an Account Executive role
Organized and data-driven with attention to detail
Comfortable with outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, etc.)
Engineering background or knowledge of engineering workflows
You are based in the Netherlands and speak fluent English. Dutch is strongly preferred. Fluency in additional languages (given VIKTOR's international market)
You're available for 36-40 hours a week.
