Camp Construction Manager F/H

Join our team as a Camp Construction Manager for a major international project. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of all camp construction activities, including accommodation, office, catering, medical, recreational, and utility facilities. This position requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management and a strong knowledge of building construction and site infrastructure. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Missions

• Lead the delivery of all camp construction activities from planning through commissioning and handover, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.
• Manage the construction of accommodation, office, catering, medical, recreational, and utility facilities, overseeing contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe and timely project execution.
• Control project schedules, budgets, and construction performance, implementing corrective actions as required, and coordinating interfaces with other project teams.

Profil recherché

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management on major infrastructure, mining, oil & gas or industrial projects.

• Proven experience delivering camp facilities, accommodation compounds or remote site infrastructure projects.

• Demonstrated experience in multicultural and remote project environments.

• Strong knowledge of building construction, utilities and site infrastructure.

• Experience managing EPC contractors and subcontractors.

• Strong planning, scheduling and project management capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple interfaces in a complex project environment.

• Sound understanding of HSE management systems.

• Experience working with international Clients and remote workforce accommodation facilities.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Strong intercultural awareness and ability to work in multinational teams.
