Join HEB Construction, part of VINCI Construction, as a Project Planner in Auckland. In this role, you will develop and optimize detailed project programs, monitor progress, and collaborate with various teams to achieve project objectives. You should have significant experience in civil infrastructure project planning, strong knowledge of construction methodologies, and proficiency in planning software.
Missions
- Developing integrated construction programmes from first principles and creating detailed schedules covering design, procurement, consenting and construction activities.
- Monitoring project progress, updating programmes throughout delivery, and working with project teams to identify and mitigate programme risks.
- Supporting tender submissions with robust and competitive construction programmes, and collaborating with engineers, project managers, clients and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Profil recherché
About You
You'll be an experienced planner with a strong understanding of civil construction methodologies, sequencing and project controls.
You'll also bring:
- Significant experience developing programmes for civil infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, staging and project delivery methodologies
- Proven experience using planning and scheduling software such as CCS Candy, Primavera P6 or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to communicate technical information clearly to a range of stakeholders
- Experience working across tender and delivery environments
- A relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent industry experience
