As a Construction Manager, you will drive successful project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial performance. You will lead and develop high-performing teams, manage project risks, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in major earthworks and civil construction projects, strong leadership capabilities, and a values-led approach.

Profil recherché
What We’re Looking For
We are looking to connect with senior construction leaders who bring:
- Extensive experience delivering major earthworks and civil construction projects exceeding $100 million in value
- Strong background in tendering, early contractor involvement (ECI), pre-construction planning and temporary works management
- Proven leadership capability of large multidisciplinary teams across complex infrastructure and earthworks programmes
- Commercially astute with a strong record of achieving safety, programme, quality and financial targets
- Inspirational people leader who builds engaged, high performing teams and strong client relationships
- Values-led and collaborative, demonstrating behaviours aligned with Real, Open, Together, Care and Deliver
