Engineering Manager F/H

Join our team as an Engineering Manager for a major international infrastructure project. You will lead all engineering and technical activities throughout the project lifecycle, manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and technical standards. This position requires significant experience in managing engineering activities on large infrastructure projects and the ability to work in challenging environments.

Missions

• Lead and coordinate all engineering, design, and technical activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, consultants, subcontractors, and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies, technical organization, schedules, and budgets required for project delivery.

Profil recherché

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works, or a related engineering discipline.
• Significant experience managing engineering activities on large infrastructure, transportation, civil engineering, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of design management, engineering coordination, construction methods, and technical standards.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an international and multicultural environment.
• Proficiency with engineering and design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM environments, or similar software.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, rigorous, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to take ownership of technical performance.

• Experience working in remote project environments and camp-based operations

• Ability to work in challenging environments with 9 weeks ON / 3 weeks OFF rotation schedules.
