Site Manager M/F

Join Menard, a global leader in ground improvement solutions. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading the site team's activities throughout the mobilization, construction, operation, and finalization phases of projects. You will ensure compliance with health and safety standards, oversee the construction process, plan and allocate resources, mitigate risks, support team members, interact with clients and suppliers, maintain cost reporting, and enforce safety protocols. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is required, along with fluency in English and strong project management skills.

Missions

• Assurer la conformité avec toutes les normes de santé et de sécurité, en abordant et en signalant rapidement les problèmes.
• Superviser et gérer le processus de construction de la conception à l'achèvement, en planifiant et en allouant efficacement les ressources.
• Maintenir un reporting mensuel précis et réaliste des coûts, en ajustant les stratégies de projet pour faire face aux écarts de coûts.

Profil recherché

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong project management and strategic thinking
• Results-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure and strict deadlines
