WeareseekinganexperiencedSeniorProjectManager/SectorLead to join our leadership team, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of water industry automation projectswhilstleadinganddevelopingateamofProjectManagersandEngineers.Thisisastrategicleadershiprolethatcombinesoperationaldelivery,teammanagement,customerengagementandbusinessdevelopment.
TheOpportunity
AsaSeniorProjectManager/SectorLead,youwillleadthedeliveryofPLC,SCADAandindustrialautomationprojectsacrosswater andwastewater treatmentfacilities,pumpingstations,reservoirsandnetworkinfrastructure.
You will overseeateamresponsiblefordeliveringcomplexcontrolsystemprojectsthroughouttheprojectlifecycle,ensuringprojectsaredeliveredsafely,ontime,withinbudgetandtothehighestqualitystandards.
Youwillalsoactasasectorspecialist,developinglong-termrelationshipswithwaterutilitycustomers,identifyingopportunitieswithinAMPprogrammesandcontributingtothestrategicdirectionoftheBusinessUnit.

Manageperformancereviews,developmentplans,trainingrequirementsandregular1-2-1meetings.
Supportrecruitmentactivitiesandworkforceplanningwithinthesector.
Promoteastrongcultureofsafety,wellbeingandenvironmentalresponsibility.
WorkcloselywiththeBusinessUnitManagerandwiderleadershipteamtosupportbusinessobjectives.
ProvideleadershipsupportandcoverfortheBusinessUnitManagerwhenrequired.
ProjectDelivery
Leadthesuccessfuldeliveryofautomationandcontrolsystemprojectsacrossthewater andwastewater sector.
Ensureprojectsaredeliveredsafely,ontime,withinbudgetandinaccordancewithcustomerspecifications.
Overseeprojectplanning,resourceallocation,riskmanagementanddeliveryperformance.
Reviewprojectdesigns,quotationsandtechnicalsolutions.
Coordinateresourcesacrossmultipleprojectsandprojectteams.
Drivecontinuousimprovementthroughprojectreviewsandlessonslearned.

Developandstrengthenrelationshipswithkeywater industrycustomersandframeworkpartners.
