Logistics Operatives are responsible for keeping stock moving seamlessly across the business-handling initial intake, breakdown, and routing inventory directly to Marketplace. As a Logistics Lead, you will create the environment that enables the team to deliver those standards consistently.
You will direct a team of Logistics Operatives focused strictly on breakdown operations and initial facility arrival. This involves setting clear expectations, coaching performance, handling day-to-day team queries and conduct, and using shift metrics to resolve workflow bottlenecks quickly on the floor.
As the key escalation point for complex stock issues, you will collaborate with teams across Vintage.com to maintain inventory integrity while building your team's confidence to handle operational challenges independently over time.
