Logistics Operatives are responsible for keeping stock moving seamlessly across the business-handling everything from initial intake and breakdown to managing returns and routing inventory to departments like Appraisals and Marketplace. As a Logistics Shift Lead, you will create the environment that enables the team to deliver those standards consistently.
Yo'll direct a team of Logistics Operatives across facility arrival, stock breakdown, and inter-departmental processing. This involves setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and using shift metrics to resolve workflow bottlenecks quickly on the floor.
As the key escalation point for complex stock issues, you'll collaborate with teams across Vintage.com to maintain inventory integrity while building your team's confidence to handle operational challenges independently over time.
Please note an additional shift allowance applies to this role to reflect late-shift hours.
