What we offer

- Salary CHF 110,000 to 135,000 at 100 percent.
- Get paid to meditate: 30 minutes daily, during working hours.

- You've done real work on yourself. Whatever your path, through therapy, meditation, coaching, ceremony, sport, art or life itself, this mission feels personal to you.
Responsibilities
- Build the platform on web and on mobile: the interface and the flows.
- Make it voice-first. People speak to the app and it answers, so the whole product works by voice.
- Make it feel easy: low friction, convincing flows, an interface people come back to.
- Ship the first public release.
- Work directly with the founder as a genuine thought partner: question, contribute, and shape both the product and the culture from day one.
