Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Executive with 1-2 years of agency experience managing social media accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in content publishing, community management, client communication, reporting, and project coordination, along with the ability to identify real-time engagement opportunities and ensure timely campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media activities across multiple client accounts.
• Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content across social media platforms.
• Handle community management, audience engagement, and responses.
• Coordinate with content, design, PR, and account management teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Track tasks, follow up on approvals, and manage project timelines across stakeholders.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for real-time engagement and newsjacking.
• Support real-time engagement on X (Twitter) and other platforms in line with client objectives.
• Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with clients and internal teams.
• Manage client communication and provide regular status updates.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other major social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in community management, content publishing, and social media reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
