Whether you're coming from retail, food service, warehousing, construction, farming, seasonal work, or another hands-on environment, your experience may transfer well to manufacturing. We also welcome career starters and people looking for a career change.
What We Offer
- Starting pay of $27.19/hour
- Shift differential for hours worked after 3:00 p.m.
- Time and a half after 8 hours Monday through Friday
- Time and a half on Saturdays
- Double time on Sundays

Schedule
This position follows a 4-days-on, 2-days-off rotating schedule, including weekends.
Shifts may include:
- Days
- Nights
- Overnights
- Rotating days off throughout the week
- Schedule adjustments based on production needs
What You'll Do
After training, you'll help support our specialty paper manufacturing operations by:
- Following H&V safety procedures
- Assisting with machine start-ups and shutdowns
- Preparing, staging, and loading materials
- Operating material-handling and production equipment
- Packaging and labeling finished products
- Supporting production as needed
- Performing housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks
- Supporting sustainability efforts through proper material and waste sorting
What We're Looking For
- Are at least 18 years old
- Put safety first
- Are dependable and work well as part of a team
- Are willing to learn new equipment and processes
- Can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Can stand and walk for extended periods during their shift
- Can work the required rotating schedule, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends
- Have reliable transportation to the Greenwich facility
