The leads come to you, warm and qualified. No cold dialling, no chasing. A US business owner is already interested and waiting to talk, and your job is to guide the conversation and bring the deal home. You'll own the full close: consultation, negotiation, structuring the right funding solution, handling objections, and getting the deal funded.

You won't be doing it alone. You'll have proper onboarding, hands on coaching, and a team that genuinely pushes each other to be better. We invest in our people, because when you win, we all win.

Requirements

You'll thrive here if:

• You've got a solid closing track record and can point to your numbers
• You're a natural on the phone and people warm to you quickly
• You're driven, competitive, and motivated to grow your income
• You've carried a target in a B2B environment and love owning deals all the way to the finish
• You stay calm and sharp under pressure

What you'll need:

• Matric (essential); a tertiary qualification is a bonus
• 2+ years' B2B closing experience, carrying a target and owning deals to the finish, not just booking meetings
• Fluent, neutral accent English
• Able to work on site in the Cape Town CBD on US hours (14:00-23:00 / 15:00-00:00)
• Clear criminal and credit record (financial services requirement)

Nice to have:

• Experience selling into the US market
• A fintech, lending, merchant services, or financial services background
• Time in a commission led closing environment
