Senior Associate - US Accounting

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate - Accounting to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in managing financial transactions and reporting processes during US business hours. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of accounting principles and a track record of delivering accurate and timely financial information.

Requirements

• Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and company policies.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Review and process invoices, payments, and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and intercompany transactions.
• Analyze financial data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve accounting issues.
• Assist with internal and external audits, tax preparation, and compliance requirements.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.
