Monitor brand mentions and community discussions. Engage with users by commenting on relevant discussions and recommending company services where appropriate. Respond to comments and messages professionally. Schedule monthly content using social media scheduling platforms. Track social media analytics and campaign performance. Generate qualified leads through social media engagement. Collaborate with internal team members through Slack. Attend mandatory daily stand-up meetings. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Increase followers by 5-10% per month across active channels. Maintain 3-7% engagement rate per post. Generate 5-15 qualified leads per month.

Qualifications: Experience in social media marketing. Strong understanding of Reddit marketing and community engagement. Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok marketing.
