Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our pool. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing budgets and forecasts. You will also conduct audits, provide tax-related services, and advise on financial planning and strategy to support the company's financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

• Conduct audits and establish internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely and accurate tax compliance.

• Provide financial planning advice and strategic recommendations based on analysis.

• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and assist with forecasting future financial performance.

• Offer insights on improving financial performance, reducing costs, and increasing profitability.

Essential Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.

• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

• Effective communication skills to interact with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines and compliance standards.
